Mr. Ye focuses his practice in the area of intellectual property. He has experience completing patent applications and preparing responses to the U.S. office actions and foreign office actions in countries including Korea, Japan, China, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Ukraine, etc. He has analyzed international search reports, and also assisted in international trade cases involving anti-dumping issues.
His industry experience includes business methods, electric trains, augmented/virtual reality, autonomous vehicles, telecommunication systems (UMTS, 4G LTE, 5G), NFC systems, RFID systems, radio access technologies, mechanical devices, etc.
In addition to being a founding partner at Getech Law, Jun gained experience as an associate at a national law firm in Washington, D.C.
